Clear information about how Jaydo handles website inquiries.

Jaydo Consulting respects the privacy of people who visit this website, contact us, or submit an inquiry. This notice explains, in plain English, what information we may collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information you choose to provide

When you use the Start Here form or contact Jaydo directly, you may provide information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • contact information you voluntarily provide;
  • business or organization;
  • information about the problem or question you want help with;
  • what would make the work useful;
  • a deadline or decision date; and
  • other information you voluntarily include in your message.

Jaydo asks for only enough information to understand the starting point and determine an appropriate next step.

Please do not send sensitive information through the website

The public inquiry form is for a general starting point. It is not intended for sensitive or confidential records.

Please do not submit passwords, access codes, payment-card information, protected health information, government identification numbers, employee records, legal or tax files, confidential customer data, security details, or other sensitive information through the public form or ordinary email.

If documents or more sensitive information are needed, Jaydo will provide or recommend an appropriate method.

How website inquiries are handled

When you submit the Start Here form:

  • the submission is stored in the website’s form system;
  • a notification is sent to Jaydo Consulting’s business email account;
  • HubSpot can also receive form information to help Jaydo keep track of inquiries and follow-up; and
  • Jaydo reviews the information to determine an appropriate response or next step.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Service providers

Jaydo uses third-party services to operate the website, protect it, process forms, and deliver communications. The current website system includes services provided by Bluehost, Fluent Forms, FluentSMTP, Brevo, HubSpot, and selected Jetpack security features. HubSpot is Jaydo’s contact-management system: it helps us keep inquiry details and follow-up in one place.

These providers may process limited technical, security, form, or message information as needed to provide their services.

Analytics and tracking

The website uses HubSpot’s integration for form collection and website activity. HubSpot may use cookies and browser storage to recognize a browser, record visits, and connect form activity with an inquiry. Technical information may include the pages visited, visit times, browser or device information, and IP address.

  • Fluent Forms analytics are disabled.
  • Fluent Forms IP logging is disabled.
  • Jetpack Stats are disabled.
  • Google Analytics / MonsterInsights are not active for visitor analytics.
  • The inquiry form does not currently use Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, or CleanTalk.

Basic technical information may still be processed by the website host, security systems, email providers, or other infrastructure required to operate and protect the website.

HubSpot’s automatic form collection can receive the information entered when you click the send button, including an attempt that needs correcting before the website accepts it. Keep every entry general and avoid confidential information. This is separate from receiving promotional emails.

You can limit or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking tracking may prevent information from reaching HubSpot. You can also contact Jaydo directly by email. See HubSpot’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Spam and form security

The inquiry form uses built-in anti-spam measures designed to reduce automated submissions without unnecessarily collecting additional information.

Jaydo may change those controls if abuse or security needs require it.

How Jaydo uses information

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

  • respond to an inquiry;
  • understand the problem or request;
  • determine whether Jaydo is a good fit;
  • recommend a free resource, paid service, or appropriate professional;
  • communicate about a possible or existing engagement;
  • maintain reasonable business records;
  • improve Jaydo’s services and systems; and
  • protect the website and business from misuse.

Jaydo does not require someone to purchase a service simply because they submitted an inquiry.

Marketing

Submitting the Start Here form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter, marketing list, or promotional email program.

Jaydo will ask separately before adding you to promotional emails.

Sharing information

Jaydo does not sell inquiry information.

Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the website, email, forms, security, or related business systems.

Jaydo may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or respond to a valid legal process.

If Jaydo recommends another professional or vendor, that does not automatically mean your private information will be sent to that provider.

AI and submitted information

AI is one tool inside a larger system.

Jaydo does not treat AI as a substitute for judgment, verification, privacy, security, or human review.

Jaydo minimizes information used with AI. Confidential or sensitive information is not placed in an AI tool without an approved purpose, suitable controls, and explicit authorization.

Retention

Jaydo keeps website inquiries and related business information only as long as reasonably useful for responding to the inquiry, providing services, maintaining appropriate business records, or meeting legitimate operational or legal needs.

Spam, test submissions, duplicates, and information that is no longer useful should be deleted periodically.

You can contact Jaydo with questions about information you have submitted or to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Security

Jaydo uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small consulting business to protect information.

No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

For that reason, the public website should be used only for the minimum information necessary to begin a conversation.

Links to other websites

Jaydo may link to government agencies, business organizations, free resources, vendors, or other third-party websites.

Jaydo does not control the privacy practices of those websites. Their own privacy notices and terms apply when you visit them.

Changes to this notice

Jaydo may update this Privacy Notice when the website, forms, analytics, service providers, or data-handling practices change.
