A five-question working sheet
Find a practical way forward.
Use a notebook or print this page. Keep names and sensitive records out of your notes. You can use this privately; there is nothing to submit.
1. Name what needs attention.
What is happening—or what decision is coming up? Describe one real example. You do not need to know the cause yet.
2. Follow the work.
Where does it start? Who handles it next? Where does it wait, repeat, or become unclear?
3. Separate facts from guesses.
What have you observed? What are you assuming? What would you need to check before acting?
4. Describe a useful result.
What would be easier, clearer, safer, or more consistent? Who would notice the difference?
5. Choose the next step and who will handle it.
What is one sensible action? Who will handle it, what should wait, and when will you check whether it helped?
Before buying a tool: Can you explain the task, who is responsible, the next step, and how you will check the result? Clarify those first.
